I am recruiting for a permanent receptionist/administration assistant position for a well-established Finance/Marketing organisation based in the Eastern Suburbs.

Your new role

• Dealing with enquiries, over the phone, email and in person.
• Assist with ad hoc duties as required (typing, filing, data entry).
• Ensure the smooth running of the reception area and the office
• Meet and Greet all people that come into the office
• Offer guests tea/coffee/drinks and tidy up after each meeting.
• Handle incoming calls and putting calls through/ taking messages
• Mail distribution
• Booking couriers/taxi's etc when required
• Ensure reception, boardroom, kitchens are always clean and tidy
• Co-ordinate purchasing of stationery and kitchen supplies
• Assisting our small accounts team with making payments and credit card reconciliation

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient on Microsoft Suite
• Proficient in computers and technology
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Have to ability to keep track of your daily tasks
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask.
