This leading mining services contractor services a diverse range of clients from surface and underground mining, civil construction and resources engineering. As an ASX-listed company, with headquarters in Perth, they work for major resource companies across various commodity sectors in Australia and Southeast Asia. They now have a role available in their Supply team for a Catalogue Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

  • System catalogue management
  • Reporting
  • Vendor administration and governance
  • Receipting and invoice coding/processing.

Experience required
  • Experience in Procurement and Supply Chain
  • Experience in Mining and Construction Industry
  • Solid Experience with ERP system SAP
  • Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Impeccable Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational ability
  • Negotiation / conflict resolution skills & experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong analytical skills / trouble shooting
  • High level commercial acumen.
