Your new role
This role will sit within the Service and Technical team and will be responsible for managing the inventory stock and warranty process.

  • Processing daily sales orders
  • Issuing picking slips
  • Invoicing
  • Credit requests
  • Working with Bill of Materials
  • Stock adjustments and support with stock control
  • Phone management
  • Project Coordination
  • Job Scheduling and reports to management and finance
  • Parts for projects and set up project on SAP Manage project contracts and terms
  • Invoice stage payments for projects and manage delivery terms.
  • Ensure all projects run on time and assist to maintain project budget.
  • Assist sales team.
  • Liaise with manufacturers and wholesalers for onsite deliveries etc.
  • Warranty Administration (further details available on PD)

What you'll need to succeed
To be a suitable candidate or this position you will have the following skills:

  • Must be proficient in Outlook Word & Excel
  • Must have had Internal Sales Experience in Processing Customer Orders and Placing Purchase Orders in an ERP system
  • Capable of dealing with customers & supplies through emails and phone discussions about pending orders Knowledge in an ERP system from Customer Order – Purchasing – Receiving Goods – Shipping Goods.
  • Good phone and communication skills
  • Able to work autonomously and independently once trained.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
