This reputable Tier 3 Commercial builder specialize in a diverse range of Commercial projects to the value of $50M. They have been demonstrating their incomparable expertise for over 35 years and have developed a strong name for themselves within the Construction industry. Due to a number of recently awarded projects, a position now exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team in Melbourne’s Bayside area.

Your new role
You will be responsible for:

• The procurement process, coordinating subcontractors & liaising with the site team.
• Managing all correspondence with the relevant stakeholders including the client, consultants, architects and internal staff
• Making sure projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
• Your initial project will be a $22M Sports Stadium from inception to completion

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a Project Manager role working for a Tier 2 or 3 builder in Melbourne
• Experience delivering new build, aged care projects circa $25M
• A strong ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders and subcontractors
• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Advanced leadership skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple functions
• High level of attention to details and numerical analysis and interpretation
• Capable of applying critical thinking to complex analytical situations
