Your new role
As Scrum Master/ Project Manager your role will be to help the squad remove impediments, optimise workflow, and enhance productivity and communication to develop a high performing and self-organising squad. You will also be responsible for the continual development of the team members within their squads. You will also perform traditional project manager responsibilities within some squads that will deliver through waterfall or hybrid methodologies. You will manage the key constraints for the project including all aspects of cost, time, quality and scope.

What you'll need to succeed

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager / Scrum Master working within large project
• Experience working with Agile Coaches to increase the adoption of agile and best practice trends
• Capability to coach individuals, both in and outside of the teams on adhering to the agile values and principles and always striving for continuous improvement.
• Scrum Master certified
• Demonstrated experience in running end to end projects as Project Manager
