They are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their collaborative team.

Your new role

• Responsible for managing one or multiple projects concurrently and be given autonomy to own your work.
• Manage entire life-cycle of projects from commencement to handover, predominately within health/education sector
• Create and implement programme and budget,
• Work closely with Site Manager to ensure programme being followed
• Client and stakeholder engagement;
• Liaising with Site Team and other internal stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of fit out / refurbishment projects;
• Experience in programming, budgeting, procurement of trades;

• Utilise your experience to complete the programmes on time and on budget
• A significant background in construction contract administration or project management
• Relevant tertiary qualification in construction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
