Your new role
Working with the infrastructure assets team, responsible for ensuring the delivery of Council’s Capital Works projects, you’ll:
- Supervise construction works including civil and building works in particular
- Provide project management and technical information including budget estimates, contract administration and reporting
- Assist in the engagement and management of consultants and contractors for a wide range of projects
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered
What you'll need to succeed
As well as a positive attitude and an ability to show initiative, you’ll have:
- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in supervision of civil and general construction works
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
