A renowned State Government organisation requires a dedicated Project Coordinator to immediately join them on a temporary basis anticipated until January 2023.
Your new role
This role will be working closely with the Principal Project Manager focusing on exciting workplace projects. You will be responsible for a broad range of project support activities which include coordination of project status reporting, logging issues, and maintaining project plans. You will be preparing correspondence and presentations while keeping action and logging in key meetings. You will also be required to coordinate HR, finance, and procurement activities and opportunity to take on mini projects to develop project management skills.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be proficient in Microsoft skills while having excellent communication skills. You will have previous experience and knowledge as a Project Coordinator or Project Support Officer.
What you'll get in return
In return for your dedication and hard work, you will be remunerated with an hourly rate of between $45-$50 per hour plus super in a short-term assignment until January 2023. This role will be based in Parramatta with hybrid working arrangements.
