• General administration and secretariat functions

• Providing input into Ministerial Briefs

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience implementing new programs and initiatives and an understanding of policy and legislative frameworks
• Administration and secretariat experience
• Experience with ministerial briefings
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyse a range of data
• Procurement experience and an understanding of contract agreements
