Project and Contracts Administrator

Junior role for Project / Contract Administrator - Construction - Based Eastern Suburbs
Based in Bassendean, this well establish commercial construction company is currently looking for a Project / Contract Administrator (Junior) to join their team on a permanent full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities include:
  • Assist in the planning and scheduling of projects
  • Manage Labour (Workforce) scheduling.
  • Prepare and distribute project reporting.
  • Day to day assistance in running projects.
  • Procurement of materials, equipment, and machines
  • Assist purchasing officer with invoice discrepancies
  • Site Visits.

To be successful for this position, you must possess the following:
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar role (projects or contract administrator)
  • Experience working in the Construction industry will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Tertiary qualifications will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starting and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good computer skills.
