Your new role
Join a program already underway and lead it through to implementation. This program will deliver mobility options to staff, enabling them to work more efficiently. You will need to lead the team to deliver this exciting program of work.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be;

• An experience program manager with successful end to end transformation delivery experience
• Proven experience delivering within highly unionised environments is essential
• The ability and willingness to join a program partway through and guide it through to implementation
• A background leading small program teams is essential

What you'll get in return
You will get a 12 month contract with a competitive daily rate. This role offers hybrid working environment with the expectation of 2 days in the week across Sydney locations.
