Your new role
We have an exciting opening for multiple Professional Risks Consultants to join a vibrant and outgoing team. We are looking for differing levels of Post-Qualified Experience . You will be managing complex professional risks claims, providing a full legal defence and/or resolution of all claims, which can encompass a negotiated resolution or managing litigation to verdict at trial. You will do this whilst ensuring an optimum and efficient service to customers, maximising opportunities to ensure claims are processed to meet our customer and financial objectives within delivery timeframes.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years experience working within the financial claims environment and also have exposure to the following skills:

• Solid knowledge and experience in the field of professional risks, professional indemnity or financial lines claims.
• Either 1-year PQE or 3-years’ PQE (dependant on role).
• Strong negotiation skills in both litigated and non-litigated matters.
• Policy coverage evaluation and determination ability, manage and instruct external service providers.
• Experience in legal & regulatory environment is highly desired.
