Your new role

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of key procurement and purchasing functions. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide leadership and support to internal stakeholders regarding the procurement function
• Management and monitoring of purchase requests and transactions
• Development and maintenance of supplier relationships
• Maintenance and establishment of catalogues
• Development and optimisation of the vendor management process
• Assist with review meetings

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience in end-to-end procurement processing
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
• A high standard of written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience with Netsuite will be highly regarded

What you’ll get in return

In return you will be given a permanent position as a procurement officer with a not for profit. Further details include:

• Salary of $90-95,000 + superannuation
• 5 weeks of paid annual leave
