Your new role
An exciting 12 Month fixed term position for a Procurement Administration Officer to join a leading Strategic team and support the Strategic Plan, outlining the organisation’s commitment to delivering an exceptional education experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all Procurement Life-Cycle requirements
  • Support and monitor RFx (request for information, proposal, or quote) processes.
  • Support Procurement Managers with tender processes as required, including setting up briefing meetings, uploading tender documentation, corresponding with tenderers.
  • Recommend and implement processes involving liaison with internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed
  • Demonstrated procurement experience, within a similar role
  • Experience in recommending and implementing change management strategies and processes
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, interact and negotiate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
  • Proven ability to solve problems and suggest alternative outcomes
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience within Education, public sector, or a corporate services environment – Highly Regarded
  • Undergraduate degree in business/finance (or similar) – Highly Regarded
  • Experience working in the Information Technology sector – Highly Regarded
