Your new role
As the new Pitch Manager you will:
- Lead the implementation of the pitch process for VIC, SA & WA top-tier pursuits
- Participate in company-wide projects that build pursuit capabilities and support our market-leading brand
- Partner with VIC BD Lead and senior stakeholders to develop strategies that give the edge to convert opportunities and ensure that pursuit/pitch activities are identified and progressed
- Coach the business to develop best practice proposal content and deliver high quality pitch documents and high impact presentations
- Articulate, brief and coach designers to elevate key themes/messages through compelling visual storytelling; and partner to deliver high quality pitch outputs and high impact presentations
- Coach senior leaders on pursuit management processes to optimise sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Educate new operators on service capabilities and brand and ensure they are properly able to communicate and sell its value
- Utilise and encourage the use of Salesforce and systems to manage client data
What you'll need to succeed
- Degree qualified with more than five years’ working experience in either a Pitch, Business Development and/or Marketing role
- Work experience in real estate/property, professional services industries highly desirable
- Client focused, demonstrating the ability to provide superior service and advice within the pitch and business development arena
- A ‘can-do’ attitude with the ability to manage workflow and priorities, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Experienced in preparing high standard written documents and presentations
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation with excellent presentation skills
- Proven ability to quickly build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Exceptional problem-solving and brainstorming skills with a passion for sharing ideas and driving creativity
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Sound decision making capabilities, demonstrating an ability to create persuasive and compelling recommendations
- Technically savvy with solid experience using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), sales database systems (especially Salesforce)
