Your new role
As a Personal Banker you will be based in HMAS Cerberus, working 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
In this role you will be the first point of contact for the bank's members to service their everyday banking needs such as taking enquires and processing applications on Saving Account Products, Insurances, Personal loans and Credit cards, while educating our members on digital Banking solutions.
Some of the day to day responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
- Providing seamless end to end banking experience
- Making outbound calls to new and prospective members
- Referring mortgage enquires to our mortgage specialist
- Creating meaningful conversation with members by building trust and confidence
- Educating the members to adopt and use digital banking tools
To be considered for this role you will ideally have a strong customer service background. Previous experience within banking or if you have Tier 2 qualifications will be seen as highly desirable.
