A multinational services company, with offices in over 150 countries is seeking a full time, Personal Assistant to join their team in the Melbourne CBD.
Your new role
As the Personal Assistant you will be supporting 3-4 partners with their busy schedules, where no two days are the same. Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
What you'll need to succeed
- Travel arrangement, including booking of flights, cars and hotels.
- Organising video conferences and events
- Monthly expense reimbursements
- Preparing documentations and reports
- Planning, coordinating and supporting the team’s delivery of meetings, travel and PP Presentations
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to take on a new challenge. In order to succeed you will need great communication, organisational skills, time management skills and ability to learn and work in a fast pace and diverse organisation.
