Your new role
This role is integral to the day to day operations. You will be responsible for developing individuals within their current role and driving a culture of performance, teamwork and a customer centric mindset.

What you'll need to succeed
  • At least 5 years team and people leadership experience, ideally in a fast paced operational environment.
  • The ability to coach and mentor a team who work in a fast paced & complex environment
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against multi-dimensional targets
