Permanent P&C Advisor role within a family run small Education Organisation
Your new company
A forward thinking, family run Education Provider based in the Inner South of Melbourne is looking to add a P&C Advisor to their HR team. Working closely with the owner and HR Consultant you will drive HR initiatives forward.
Your new role
A true generalist human resources role, you will be involved in process improvement, policy writing, onboarding, supporting the recruitment team, performance management, advising on policy and interpretation of awards and legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong written communication, ideally with experience reviewing/writing policies. You will be strong with HR reporting and numbers and have solid experience within all technical aspects of HR practice. The successful candidate will need a WWCC and to be triple vaccinated.
What you'll get in return
A full time permanent role, paying $100k + super. This role offers 50% off the cost of childcare at their centres! Located in the inner suburbs, this role will start with 4 days on site and 1 WFH and then transition to more flexibility.
