This Global Australian company is headquartered out of state-of-the-art offices in Northern Sydney region. You will be working from the Global HQ and partnering with business leaders across the APAC region.
Your new role
As the People & Culture Advisor you will be collaborating with the People & Culture Manager and the wider P&C team to deliver on the APAC’s people and strategy plan. You will be partnering with managers across the region to provide support on P&C processes including but not limited to talent development, headcount and forecasting, reward and remuneration process. You will also have the opportunity to work on some exciting projects including a systems implementation.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will need to have generalist HR experience across the areas mentioned above. In addition to this you will be self-reliant and be able to work autonomously. You will have the ability to influence and have a commitment to delivering high level of stakeholder management. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is required for this role also.

In return you will get a 12-month contract with a competitive salary package on offer. Flexible working is also available with the opportunity to work 2 days at home and 3 days in the office.
