Your new role
As Payroll Support Officer, you will be joining our Payroll team and help support processing temporary employees’ wages. On an average day your duties will be to:
- Monitor payroll processing queue and process timesheet data
- Monitor problem timesheet list and resolve data issues, escalating timesheets to consultants, when appropriate
- Assist with any adhoc payroll duties as required
- Answer all queries politely, professionally and in a timely manner
- Update all employee details as required
- Promptly respond to Payroll helpdesk emails
- Promptly respond to Payroll general line phone calls
- Complete ad-hoc employee requests including separation certificates, long service claim forms and Centrelink employer information requests
