Your new role
As Payroll Support Officer, you will be joining our Payroll team and help support processing temporary employees’ wages. On an average day your duties will be to:
  • Monitor payroll processing queue and process timesheet data
  • Monitor problem timesheet list and resolve data issues, escalating timesheets to consultants, when appropriate
  • Assist with any adhoc payroll duties as required
  • Answer all queries politely, professionally and in a timely manner
  • Update all employee details as required
  • Promptly respond to Payroll helpdesk emails
  • Promptly respond to Payroll general line phone calls
  • Complete ad-hoc employee requests including separation certificates, long service claim forms and Centrelink employer information requests
