Payroll Rostering Officer

Kronos/Payroll Administrator role within a highly regarded company located in West Sydney.

Your new role
In this role you will be working in full time position in a progressive company, spending time building close relationships between all departments as well as:

  • Month end and week-end payroll duties
  • Effectively coordinating the forward planning of rosters.
  • Raising payroll cases with People Services and following up in a timely manner.
  • Keep up to date with ongoing rosters on the rostering system to align to operational needs.
  • Have positive interactions with internal stakeholders.
  • Update permanent roles on the rostering system to align to operational needs.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a rostering environment is required.
  • Kronos experience is essential.
  • Able to work within a team effectively and collaboratively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication as well as customer service skills.
  • Able to be flexible with weekend and roster work.
  • Knowledge of weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
  • Time sheeting knowledge.
