Payroll officer | Permanent opportunity | Flexible working options | Chris 21 Essential | $75-80K + Super

Your new company
A leading national organisation are looking for an experienced Chris 21 Payroll Officer to join their payroll department permanently. Working with a group of talented professionals you will be expected to hit the ground running and fit into a fun, social team environment with ease, working out of their CBD office.

Your new role
  • Successful completion of pay runs in a timely manner
  • Payment of superannuation in accordance with APA requirements
  • Payment of payroll tax by the due dates
  • Supporting the Senior payroll manager (opportunity for more responsibility)
  • End to end Payroll processing for 2200 employees, different cycles and pay runs
  • Calculate and process back pay and tax adjustments
  • Processes complex terminations & redundancies payments
  • Manage and process third party payments; Super, Tax etc
  • Assist management team in payroll policies, procedures, and awards

What you'll need to succeed
  • End to end payroll processing experience is essential
  • Some exposure to Chris 21 system is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be confident in your abilities and hit the ground running
