Part Time Office Manager

Part Time Office Manager position within a professional services firm.
As market leaders in IT services and digital solutions, your new company prides themselves on strengthening and transforming their client and stakeholder relationships in order to help customers achieve their business objectives. They are looking for a part time Office Manager to join their team on a permanent position.

Reporting to the GM your new role as Office Manager will see you undertake all the standard office manager duties as well as developing senior relationships, Reviewing and improving office procedures.
Other duties include:

  • Supporting the team
  • General office management and support
  • Ordering supplies and tech
  • Workplace Health and Safety initiatives
  • Event planning
  • Adhoc admin duties


To succeed in this role you will need to have the following:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in an Office Manager role
  • High level of expertise and understanding of Administration processes and facilities management.
  • The ability to negotiate with suppliers / vendors.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have managed 3+ staff members in previous roles
