Your new role
Reporting to the Team Manager, some of your main responsibilities will include;
  • Supporting financial planners with strategy development
  • Modelling financial planning strategies using designated modelling software
  • Liaising with the advisers and assisting them with the day to day operations
  • Performing calculations and modelling
  • Monitor the completion of work to ensure that it remains within time and budgetary restraints
  • General administrative duties such as maintaining client data and files

What you'll need to succeed
You will require the following skills and attributes to be successful in this role.
  • Previous experience working as a Paraplanner or a Client Service Officer
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Previous experience using Xplan software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passionate about helping clients realise their financial goals
  • Strong analytical, numerical, problem solving, and time management skills
  • Demonstrated the ability to work in a team while also being able to work autonomously
