Our client is a locally owned and ran business who operate in the Construction sector. They have been operating out of Darwin since 2002.

Your new role
Hays Darwin are looking for an office allrounder who is able to provide administrative and receptionist support to their business.
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and action accordingly and greet visitors
  • Inbox management to assist with emails, new leads or enquiries
  • General administration tasks
  • Schedule and stock sheets management
  • Data entry upkeep
  • Maintaining vehicle registers
  • Ordering office supplies fortnightly
  • Scanning / Filing

What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience as an office administrator or allrounder
  • Be proactive and show willing to learn
  • Tech savvy and comfortable using systems
  • Good attention to detail & accuracy
  • Ability to liaise and communicate with stakeholders, from contractors to fellow staff and management
