Hays have partnered with an industry leader in the manufacturing and engineering space. They are looking for an Administrator to join the team in a permanent position. This role will be based in Thornton and you will be working with a friendly and supportive team.

Your new role
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Assisting Procurement team with issue of PO's.
  • Sorting and distributing mail, data entry and archiving.

What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience as an Administrator or similar role.
  • Ability to multitask, manage completing deadlines and priorities tasks accordingly.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Work & Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an advanced proficiency with time management.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
