Your new role
The Wollongong office is looking for an office allrounder to provide administrative and reception assistance to the business
- Answer all incoming phone calls and action accordingly and greet visitors
- Inbox management to assist with emails, new leads or enquiries
- Work on CRM database and provide 360 degree assistance
- General administration tasks
- Housekeeping – keeping the office space tidy and kitchenette clean
- Schedule and stock sheets management
- Ordering office supplies fortnightly
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience as an office administrator or allrounder
- Be proactive and show willing to learn
- Tech savvy and comfortable using systems
- Good attention to detail & accuracy
- Ability to liaise and communicate with stakeholders, from contractors to fellow staff and management
