You’ll join a consultancy with a team of IT Professionals working with private and public sector clients to improve Cloud environments from all aspects. This consultancy in a growth phase across the entire business including Cyber Security, Cloud, Infrastructure and Support

Your new role
You will be responsible for assisting different clients across complex technical landscapes across Cloud and other technologies. You’ll be involved in IT planning and strategic alignment with business requirements, leading project engagements and providing continuous improvements.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, the applicant will need to have previous experience working with network devices, coupled with strong communication skills and organisation. You will also need hands on experience on a broad range of technologies including but not limited to:

• Routing/switching (Cisco / CheckPoint)
• Firewalls
• F5 Load Balancers
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• ITIL
• IT Service Management
• SD -WAN
• Physical & Cloud - both - Network infrastructure support

Cisco certifications & Certification in AWS are desired but not essential
