Your new company provide fair, equitable and sustainable access to water resources. Their services support farmers to generate high quality, fresh and local produce, much of which ends up on tables across the globe ready to be enjoyed by consumers. They are now seeking a Network and Security Administrator to play a key role in uplifting the company's security posture both from a Network and Cyber perspective.
Your new role
In your new role, you'll be responsible for network infrastructure and security support and will be heavily involved in the delivery of related projects. This is a cross functional role, which will also assist with 2nd / 3rd level support including desktop, server, network, infrastructure, and cyber related activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure (servers, networking equipment and firewalls)
- Office 365 management and maintenance
- Desktop related support including Windows, Office and customised applications
- Monitoring information security threats and risk changes
- Uplifting IT Security practice and awareness
- Monitoring output of IT SOC, Cyber protection and Network monitoring tools
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated technical expertise in managing networking equipment routers, switches,
and firewalls
- Knowledge of Information Security Management System (ISMS) and security frameworks
- Expertise in Windows 10, Windows Server, and Windows Server
fundamentals (AD, DNS, DFS, Group Policy and MS Teams).
- Experience with application packaging, SOE development, patching and deployments
- Strong documentation experience
- Current Victorian driving licence
