Your new company
Undertakes service delivery implementation and enhancement for participants and undertakes service delivery implementation and enhancement for participants and providers of the organisation. National Call Centre (NCC) is the main communication channel for people to contact the organisation. The NCC responds to enquiries from participants, prospective participants, providers, organisations and the general public.

Your new role
Reporting into the Assistant Director NCC Service Support your role as National Contract Centre Service Support you will be responsible for;
  • Organising the workflow and making independent decisions relating to an area of responsibility
  • Contributing to and drafting high level correspondence and reports.
  • Provide policy advice within an area of specialisation with advice based on policies and legislation.
  • Contributing to the creation and review of training resources, scripting, learning & development material and work instructions.
  • Providing feedback and support to teams to ensure quality outcomes.
  • Contributing to process improvements and implementation.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience in a similar role along with exceptional oral and written communication skills. The ability to provide policy advice and contribute to process improvements and implantation. You will have previous experience where you managed your own workload and have proven knowledge using Microsoft Suite. You will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide a high level of professionalism
