Your new role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the NAB Private Wealth Operations division. In your new role as a NAB Settlement Team Member, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the below:
  • Back-end admin, data entry, reconciliation role in regarding to settlement aspect – international, on-market & off market.
  • Daily BAU – upload settlement, reconciliation of stocks, ASX, manage funds and bonds settlement
  • Timely and accurate processing of settlements relevant to the business unit requirements (managed funds, international stock settlements, corporate actions, asset transfers)
  • Ensuring all settlements are maintained and compliant
  • Conforming with internal operating policies and procedures
  • Checking and monitoring internal documentation for processing, reconciliations, quality checks and reports
  • Communicating with internal stakeholders or brokers regarding settlement processes
  • No interaction with clients, only internal interaction with internal stakeholders via emails


What you'll need to succeed
  • Have general understanding of the ASX and trading markets.
  • Preferable - any experience with any stocks, market trade, corporate action, knowledge of market.
  • Willingness to learn & eager to develop a long-term career in the banking sector
  • Intermediate Excel skills, excellent written communication
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and take initiatives
