Your new role
NAB Connect is the internet banking platform for NAB’s Business customers. As a NAB Connect Servicing Advisor you will be taking calls from NABs Business & Corporate customers who require assistance with the NAB Connect platform.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Taking inbound calls from Business customers
- Providing solutions to NAB’s Business customers
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Navigating through multiple different systems
- Taking between 35-40 calls per day
- Assisting with other departments with ad hoc admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will have:
- Previous contact centre experience (preferred)
- Previous retail/admin/hospitality experience
- Ability to use multiple systems
- Ability to build rapport quickly
- Fast learner
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to think outside the box
