Customer Service role for leading Insurance company. CBD location, with WFH Flexibility. Paying $67k + Super

Your new role
The position of Member Care Consultant will represent the organisation in a friendly and professional manner. The role will maximise call opportunities to promote products and service as they winback members who have left the fund and save existing members who have indicated they wish to cancel. They are responsible for providing outstanding customer service and accurate information.

  • Make outbound calls to members who have terminated/indicated they wish to cancel with the aim of winning them back
  • Handle membership applications, claim requests and cancellation calls
  • Provide answers to any enquiries in a clear non-technical manner
  • Deliver First Call Resolution (FCR) and endeavour to resolve any issue first time
  • Provide outstanding customer service ensuring each customer feels they are important and have been fairly dealt with
  • Liaise with other teams to ensure all member enquires are resolved

What you'll need to succeed
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service & sales
  • Previous experience in a Call Centre
  • Desire and commitment to work within a team dedicated to achieving team and individual performance objectives
  • Knowledge of company products and services
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone communication skills
