As the Maintenance Service Coordinator, you will be working with an established team in managing maintenance requests in a professional and timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring timely response to repairs, ensuring they are prioritised and actioned. This will involve liaison with contractors, tenants and at time statutory authorities.

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this career opportunity you will ideally have strong trade experience and looking to progress your career into a Facilities Manager
