Hays Recruitment Darwin is currently seeking experienced Civil and Mining Operators to start immediately on locally based Darwin projects and in multiple mines throughout the NT. Our reputable clients are ramping up and It’s our responsibility is to make sure we are recruiting the very best people in the market for these roles.
Your new role

You will be working within an experienced civil team and must have excellent communication skills and be able to work autonomously when required. You will be working on road, earthwork projects, and showcase your expertise on the machines that you most enjoy operating.

What you'll need to succeed

Civil Operators

• Proven experience within the Civil Construction environment operating a range of civil machinery
• All relevant tickets for machines you have the ability to operate
• HR licence
• White card
• Excellent communication skills

Mining Operators

• Experience operating CAT or Komatsu – 777, 785, 789, 793
• Experience operating Dozer D10 & D11
• Experience operating Excavators from 200 tonne and above
• Valid driver’s licence and relevant tickets

You must have a valid police check within the last 12 months and the ability to pass a medical, and drug and alcohol test
