Your new role
Working as a Leading Hand Foreman you will work closely in a team to deliver Swimming Pools on a commercial scale. Specialising in Large Aquatic centres the jobs will be ongoing, so you will see the project through from start to finish.

What you'll need to succeed
Having worked as a Leading Hand or Foreman before, you will be able to read plans, manage sub-contractors, work to time frames and budgets and be able to problem solve quickly and effectively.

What you'll get in return
This is a permanent job, where you will be rewarded with a base salary and be able to earn extra through overtime. This company like to offer progression, so they will have training in place for you to be able to work your way through the company to management roles.
