Your new company

Hays are recruiting for one of the leading builders and designers of premium Swimming pools in Sydney with over 50 years experience.

Your new role

You will be in the position of the leading hand role for a swimming pool company, going from site to site.

Your duties will include:
  • Meet with trades
  • Assist with set-out
  • Do some hands-on work as required
  • Monitor quality
  • Working on multiple projects under the direction of a supervisor


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience as a Leading Hand or Trade Assistant
  • Ability to drive and own a vehicle
  • Good communication skills
  • White card (other tickets would be advantageous)
  • Ability to be hands-on
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Some prior Carpentry experience
