Your new role
As the Junior Facilities Coordinator, your new position will include duties such as:
- Reporting directly to your Assistant Facilities Manager.
- Helping oversee the day-to-day operation of a building or facility.
- Assisting with office work, administration and customer service duties..
- Providing relief coverage for team peers from Concierge, Mailroom and Facilities Teams.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to be a highly polished and professional individual with previous experience working in office/corporate environment. You will need excellent communication and organisational skills, and will possess the ability to work independently and proactively.
