Your new role
Reporting to Head IT this role is based in North Sydney.
- Provide technical support to both in house as well as remote users using a ticketing system
- Server administration – Windows Server 2012, Exchange 2013
- Network monitoring
- Hardware maintenance, device management
- Rollout critical updates to servers against new security threats
- Preventive maintenance of IT assets
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years’ experience incorporating Helpdesk/Support
- Tertiary qualification or Microsoft Certification
- Demonstrated software and hardware support
- Proven reporting and documentation skills
- Strong communication skills and customer service
