Your new role
In this role you will work closely with different levels of internal and external customers and ensure the smooth running of the business and ICT systems. You and your team will be responsible for the relationship with customers as well the entire ICT service management processes. You will manage suppliers, budgets and the delivery of relevant ICT projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience managing people and complex ICT systems. You will be experienced in ICT project management including the preparation and management of budgets. Strong consulting or customer service focus with the ability to develop constructive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. You will have relevant tertiary qualifications and hold a valid driver's license.
