A well-established logistics team based in Acacia Ridge on the Southside of Brisbane is currently seeking an Inventory Controller to join the team in a full-time capacity.
Your new role
In this pivotal role your responsibility will be to plan, execute and report on all aspects of inventory management to maintain optimum warehouse usage, efficiencies, and inventory accuracy. You will ensure day to day inventory functions are completed within KPI expectations.
Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Ensure and maintain product location integrity.
- Audit all inventory processes and systems regularly.
- Provide recommendations, support and solutions for better practice.
- Drive a strong safety culture adhering to all WHS requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within a warehousing environment
- Previous inventory control experience
- High level of computer and system knowledge ie , Micorsoft office
- High attention to detail
- Effective communication
- Proven ability to plan, organise, monitor and adapt process to support improvement strategies
