Your new company
A large public sector organisation based in Albury-Wodonga that is expanding their service delivery team and currently investing in a range of ICT projects.
Your new role
As part of the IT team you will provide help desk support to a wide array of stakeholders across a range of different levels, both internal and external. Opportunities for permanent Full Time or temporary Full Time positions.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience providing support (L2) and will be an excellent communicator and problem solver. You will be strong in end user, access (active directory), supporting projects and complying with workflows and processes. You will have at least 3 years of experience and have relevant IT qualifications. You must have the right to work in Australia.
