An important public sector organisation in picturesque northern Victoria.

Your new role
In this role you will manage a team and oversee the quality of customer experience. You will be responsible for service delivery including managing suppliers, documentation and incident management, procurement, supporting project delivery, manage budgets and embedding ITIL processes and principles.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will need a relevant tertiary qualification, a minimum of 3 years experience managing and implementing ICT systems and proven customer relationship and stakeholder management skills. You will ideally be experienced with ITIL and disaster recovery. You will have a current driver's license and be able to work on-site in Wangaratta several days per week.
