ICT Customer Service Officer - Parramatta - WFH

Your new company

A State Government Organisation is looking for an ICT Customer Support Officer to join their IT team in a 6 month contract. This organisation is located in Parramatta are in NSW. You will have the opportunity to work as
a part of a large state government organisation and, you will also have the opportunity to work from home.

Your new role

As an ITC Customer Support Officer, you will be required to provide level 2 technical support including troubleshooting user / system issues. Escalate issues to level 3 team as required. You will also contribute to development of reference materials for FAQs.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Level 2 technical support.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service
  • Previous experience in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/Skype
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Time Management Skills
