We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Consultant to join this progressive organisation who are undergoing an exciting period of change and transformation. This role is being offered on a 12-month contract basis with view to extension.
Your new role
Reporting to the General Manager People and working closely with the broader Human Resources Management Unit team, the HR Consultant is responsible for, but not limited to the below.
What you'll need to succeed
- Developing detailed project plans that identify project purpose, objective and deliverables, scope of activities, timelines, required resources, risks and any organisational interdependencies.
- Identifying training requirements and developing subsequent training plans and where required contributing to the delivery of training and information sessions.
- Leading the recruitment processes for these projects, including participating on selection panels as required.
- Assist with HR advisory services in the provision of HR advice, change management and case management to support HR business partnership service provision.
Proven experience in successful program/project coordination, including demonstrated ability to plan, manage and evaluate programs/projects from inception to delivery, alongside your interpersonal ability to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships through leadership initiatives and influential decision making will ensure credibility is firmly established.
