Highly sought-after opportunity for a HR Generalist to join an exciting company as a HR & Recruitment Advisor

Your new company
Our client successfully builds and sells over 50’s lifestyle resorts across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Their head office is based on the Northern Gold Coast and a new opportunity has arisen for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would be reporting into the HR and Payroll Manager.

Your new role
This busy role will see you responsible for:

  • Coaching business leaders on all things people, culture, capability, and performance
  • Overseeing and implementing orientation training and onboarding
  • Take care of their white-collar recruitment
  • Implementing HR strategies
  • Advise on succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance management and salary reviews
  • Ensure there is compliance with HR and government regulations
  • Continuously improve the workplace culture
  • Performance management

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated HR Generalist experience
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong working knowledge of workplace regulations
  • You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
