Our client successfully builds and sells over 50’s lifestyle resorts across Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria. Their head office is based on the Northern Gold Coast and a new opportunity has arisen for a HR and Recruitment Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This role would be reporting into the HR and Payroll Manager.
Your new role
This busy role will see you responsible for:
- Coaching business leaders on all things people, culture, capability, and performance
- Overseeing and implementing orientation training and onboarding
- Take care of their white-collar recruitment
- Implementing HR strategies
- Advise on succession planning, talent management, learning and development, performance management and salary reviews
- Ensure there is compliance with HR and government regulations
- Continuously improve the workplace culture
- Performance management
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated HR Generalist experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition
- Strong working knowledge of workplace regulations
- You must be professional, approachable, have excellent communication skills and time management details with attention to detail
