Your new role
This is a newly created role that will provide advise and support to the business on the multiple HR activities, including:
  • End to end recruitment
  • Support managers with performance management
  • Understand and apply HR best practices
  • General HR admin duties

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of current HR Legislation and best practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment, with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
