This is a HR Advisor opportunity offering the balance of being on the road meeting with your major stakeholders and supporting from a Head Office environment.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the provision of all generalist HR advice related to the Fair Work Act, National Employment Standards and policies, procedures and processes for the entire employee lifecycle.
You will be accountable for:
- Sourcing and Selection of the Management team
- Coaching and developing line management
- Provision of generalist advice
- Employee relations management including grievance and disciplinaries
- Supporting the implementation of a new HRIS
- Mentoring of the HR Coordinator
This role will be a 12-14 month fixed term contract to be based in Midland with travel to all metropolitan sites.
To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced HR Advisor who enjoys working within a fast-paced hospitality sector, and thrive within a relaxed, social team seeking to drive best practice and raise the capability of the workforce through effective coaching and development.
It is essential that you possess recent employee relations experience ideally from within a retail, hospitality, facilities management or related sector. This position will preferably commence as soon as possible to maximise the handover.
