Your new company
You will be joining a manufacturing company based in Sydney. This organization has their factories in Minto, therefore the successful candidate will need to work at that location 2 or 3 days per week, to build relationships with important stakeholders. Flexibility to work from home is also offered.
Your new role
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will be responsible for a wide variety of core HR functions including:
- General administration duties
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Maintain and update their HRIS (Workday)
- Employee engagement
- Ad-hoc projects
What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as well as:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources
- Knowledge of current HR Legislation and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and varied environment, with high attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in using Workday would be advantageous, but not essential
- Having resilient and bubbly personality will be a plus
